1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, using, or viewing any content on ForeverAhead ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access the Platform or view any content. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ForeverAhead Ltd.
2. Platform Purpose
ForeverAhead is a personal messaging platform designed for the recording, storage, and scheduled delivery of video messages, written letters, and digital memories intended for loved ones. All content on this platform is deeply personal and must be treated with the utmost respect and sensitivity. The Platform exists solely to facilitate loving, reflective, and meaningful communication between individuals.
3. Content Standards & Moderation
All content shared on ForeverAhead must be positive, loving, reflective, or inspirational in nature. The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action: • Threatening language, intimidation, or any form of verbal abuse • Derogatory, hateful, or discriminatory language targeting any individual or group • Harassment, bullying, or content designed to cause emotional harm • Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity • Spam, scam attempts, or commercially exploitative content Strong language (swearing) is permitted only when used in a positive, affectionate, or reflective context — for example, expressing raw emotion in a heartfelt message. Swearing used in a negative, hostile, or demeaning manner is prohibited. Violation of these content standards may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent banning from the Platform, at our sole discretion.
4. User Conduct
You agree to: • Use the Platform only for its intended purpose of creating and sharing personal messages • Not attempt to access, copy, or distribute content that is not addressed to you • Not share access credentials or viewing links with unauthorised third parties • Treat all content viewed on this Platform as private and confidential • Not record, screenshot, or otherwise duplicate content viewed through the Platform without the explicit consent of the content creator • Report any misuse, abuse, or concerning content to ForeverAhead immediately
5. Privacy & Confidentiality
Messages on ForeverAhead are private communications between a sender and their chosen recipient(s). By viewing a message, you acknowledge that: • The content is intended for you personally (or for a person you are legally responsible for) • You will not share, distribute, or publish the content without the creator's consent • ForeverAhead is built to store content securely, though no system can guarantee absolute security — see our Privacy Policy for the current state of our security practices • You may request deletion of content addressed to you at any time ForeverAhead will never sell, share, or monetise your personal content. 6. Intellectual Property
All content created by users remains the intellectual property of the content creator. By uploading content to ForeverAhead, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform. This licence terminates when you delete your content or account. ForeverAhead's branding, design, and technology are protected by copyright and trademark law.
7. Viewing & Delivery of Content
Messages may be delivered according to schedules set by the creator, including date-specific delivery, milestone-based delivery, or release by a designated trusted contact. By viewing content on ForeverAhead, you accept that: • You must accept these Terms and our Disclaimer before viewing any video or message content • Content may be emotionally sensitive and is viewed at your own discretion • ForeverAhead is not responsible for the emotional impact of viewed content • Delivery schedules are best-effort and may be subject to technical delays
8. Account Suspension & Termination
ForeverAhead reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, including but not limited to: • Posting threatening, derogatory, or hateful content (first offence may result in permanent ban) • Repeated violation of content standards after warning • Fraudulent use of the Platform • Any activity that endangers the safety or wellbeing of other users Suspended users may appeal by contacting [email protected] within 30 days of suspension.
9. Limitation of Liability
ForeverAhead is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForeverAhead Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, emotional distress from viewing content, technical failures in delivery, or loss of stored content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
